Here's how OSHA injury and illness data rules apply to your business

The Occupational and Health Administration (OSHA) passed regulations that became effective Jan. 1, 2017 requiring certain employers to submit their injury and illness data electronically. Many employers are already required to keep injury and illness records, but did not have to submit the data electronically.
