Letrozole may be a valuable maintenance treatment in high-grade serous ovarian cancer patients.

CONCLUSIONS: Primary HGSOC have a slightly higher ESR1 than and a similar ER expression breast cancer where aromatase inhibitor maintenance is routine for decades.
