Reflecting Before Testing

AbstractThis response is a comment on the case of Jordan presented by Mason (2017). A key perspective we can take from this case is a consideration of: consumer motivations for testing, whether they have enough information and time to make a decision, and if the test they seek is entirely appropriate for them at their current stage of life.
