CT scan is boon for injuries scanning even in Animals. Sea turtles Vortex and Aquile checked into the Sentara Kitty Hawk outpatient campus to get a CT scan. Vortex's skull was fractured May of last year when he was struck by a propeller. Aquile lost part of her outer shell back in January after she suffered frostbite.
