Ginsenoside Rb1 improves leptin sensitivity in the prefrontal cortex in obese mice.

CONCLUSION: These results indicate that Rb1 reverses central leptin resistance and improves leptin-BDNF-neurite outgrowth and synaptogenesis in the prefrontal cortical neurons.
