HIGHLIGHTED COMMUNITIES: Fall ‘17

The Open forum topic with the most posts explored the connection between inflammation and nutrition and offered research resources. Engagement Education and Training Team: For work on creating a scalable model for training patients and caregivers in engagement techniques. Compiling a list of resources so as not to reinvent the wheel. Just looking at the resources now as I’m not a member of that community. The list is now on my to-do’s to explore. Join the community, learn and contribute. Sounding Board for Writers: This community is for those who wish to write blog posts or do other medical writing to share their drafts and get feedback or help. One discussion about allowing an author to give access to articles they wrote that are behind a publisher’s paywall. Another discussion requesting review of a draft article about timeouts (in surgery, not your kids). Are you a writer?  We can help. Blog Management Team For the e-patients.net blog’s editorial and management team. This team could use more members. If I wasn’t on the Newsletter Team I’d join that team (Danny vL). Medical Records has several deep discussions on the availability of medical records. That discussion topic is now the S4PM proposed primary advocacy goal for 2018.
