USACS share scam.

- Can anyone elaborate as to why precisely the USACS "shareholder" idea is a giant scam. I can remember it being said on here not long ago. I have zero experience or knowledge of the offer/structure; so I'd like to hear from someone who knows just why it's a worthless deal. Thanks in advance.
