Is dose de-escalation possible in sarcoma patients treated with enlarged limb sparing resection?

CONCLUSION: In this retrospective analysis of patients having enlarged surgery and RT, histological subtype is the strongest predictor of LR, whereas dose de-escalation did not lead to worse outcomes.
