Drug-coated balloons reduce the risk of recurrent restenosis in arteriovenous fistulas and prosthetic grafts for hemodialysis.

CONCLUSIONS: In our experience DCBs were safe and effective in the treatment of recurrent stenosis in patients with failing arteriovenous fistula.
