Will they have to pay pharmacists more now that they prescribe?

Hey guys....so at my pharmacy, birth control can officially be prescribed by a pharmacist. We were also told that, eventually, pharmacists will be able to clinically diagnose (through testing/culturing and what not) certain acute illnesses such as strep throat, pink eye....and would be able to prescribe antibiotics. Since they will soon have this role of being, not only a pharmacist, but an acute medical doctor, do you think that salary will increase???
