Priority of lymph node dissection for proximal gastric cancer invading the greater curvature
ConclusionsThe metastatic rate of #10 was relatively high at 13%, and the therapeutic value index was as high as those of other suprapancreatic nodes. D2 dissection for proximal cancer located in the greater curvature should include removal of node #10.
