California has yet to crack down on anti-vaccination doctors despite rise in medical exemptions

Advocates are concerned that doctors are writing illegitimate exemptions to get kids out of vaccines under the state's tough new vaccination law, SB 277. But as of yet, no action has been taken against doctors. "Is it an abuse? Of course it's an abuse," said UC Hastings law professor Dorit Reiss.
