In situ tissue engineering: endothelial growth patterns as a function of flow diverter design
Conclusions
This study gives preliminary evidence that temporal and spatial endothelialization is dependent on FD design. Circulating CD34+ progenitor cells contribute to endothelialization throughout the healing process.
