How huge of an effect would zero student loan debt have on quality of life as a physician?

Oftentimes, when we hear people in the field commenting on what it is like to be a doctor nowadays, they cite that one of the biggest downsides is having to pay off debt for a number of years and having limited spending power for a good portion of your professional life. Some even say that the exorbitant debt taken on for tuition and cost of living (in conjunction with other some other factors, of course) makes it so that it is not even worth being a physician anymore. This got me thinking:... How huge of an effect would zero student loan debt have on quality of life as a physician?
