Georgia Supreme Court rejects Northside Hospital's bid to shield financial records

The Georgia Supreme Court on Nov. 2 reversed a lower court's ruling that allowed Northside Hospital to bar access to its financial records, according to Georgia Health News.   The long gestating case concerns whether the nonprofit hospital should be subject to Georgia's open records law.
