Targeted muscle reinnervation for pain control in an elective transradial amputation

We report the use of TMR in a case of elective transradial amputation for intractable severe chronic post-traumatic and end neuroma limb pain (constant VAS pain score 10/10), 2 years following a severe crush injury to his left hand.
