Poor Adherence is Associated with More Infections Following Pediatric Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant

• Poor oral medication adherence is prevalent and persistent among pediatric patients post-HSCT.• Among those patients receiving an allogeneic transplant, poor adherence to the outpatient medication regimen is associated with increased incidence of infections during the outpatient period.
