Misnomers in Medicine

I've been trying to make a mental note of everything that I've learned which had a contradictory name, but I feel like I'm only scratching the surface and wanted to consult SDN's collective wisdom. Things like "Obliquus Capitis Inferior" which doesn't attach to the skull like the name implies, or the "Patellar Tendon" which actually connects two bones. The only other "misnomers" that I can think of are "Lupus Anticoagulant" and "Acoustic Neuroma". I know this probably isn't ultra high-yield... Misnomers in Medicine
