Western Univ of health science 2018 applicants

I have a question about their supplementals application checklist . I submitted on 9/23, but still have an "awaiting" sign on tabs that read:
Awaiting Letters received from PHARMCAS
Awaiting Processed by Enrollment Data Services (EDS)

Anyone else having this showed up on theirs?
