Acute-Onset Quadriplegia With Recovery After High-Voltage Electrical Injury

We present a case of acute-onset quadriplegia after high-voltage electrical injury without radiographic evidence. Two months after the injury, the patient went on to regain partial sensorimotor function. Only a few case reports in the literature exist describing neurological recovery after electrical burn-induced quadriplegia. These cases are reviewed.
