P253 Child with a history of transplant and pneumonias with chronic lymphocytic bronchiolitis and antibody deficiency

Chronic inflammation affecting the bronchioles is often seen in immunosuppressed patients such as lung-heart transplant (1). Chronic Lymphocytic Bronchiolitis is a pathologic designation and is described as submucosal scarring with bronchial inflammation (2,3). Although not uncommon in immunosuppressed patients, Chronic Lymphocytic Bronchiolitis is not often seen in combination with Specific Antibody Deficiency.
