Role of Exogenous Phosphocreatine in Chemotherapy-induced Cardiomyopathy.

We report on a 52-year-old woman with cardiomyopathy following chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The patient did not respond well to b-blockers and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors.
