Healthcare startup ’s board included man convicted in alleged Russian spy caper

A man who pled guilty two decades ago to selling stolen biotech material to an FBI agent posing as a Russian spy served until last year on the board of RxAdvance, a Southborough-based pharmacy benefit manager chaired by former Apple CEO John Sculley.
