The origin of possibility

Have you ever noticed the wide the range of interpretations around the meaning of Vision in the role of leadership? For a leader to be an Effective Leader they must be resolved about their vision for the organization and in many cases, for themselves. When I ask leaders about vision there are some who are incredibly precise and others who are incredibly fearful. It is one of the most critical components to unlocking organizational performance. If a team or an organization is underperforming or not happy with the results being derived this is first place to look.
