Sensitivities of in vivo markers of arterial organ damage in patients with peripheral atherosclerosis.

CONCLUSIONS: Brachial-derived aPWV differs from the gold standard assessment (cfPWV), which may be underestimated in PAD due to atherosclerotic obstructions along the aorto-iliac segment.
