139 Day-case device implantation- a prospective single-centre experience including patient satisfaction data

Introduction; Cardiac rhythm management (CRM) device implantation is associated with serious complications and traditionally patients are admitted overnight for observation. As operative experience has increased, many centres now perform new device implants as day-case procedures. Retrospective studies have evaluated the safety of this approach but there is a lack of prospective data.
