77 USe of ultra-high density activation mapping to aid isthmus identification in atrial macro-reentrant tachycardias in complex congenital heart disease

Introduction: The incidence of atrial arrhythmias approaches 100% 25 years post surgery for congenital heart disease (CHD). Catheter ablation has emerged as an effective treatment, but is hampered by limitations in the electroanatomical mapping system ’s ability to accurately define the tachycardia circuit. A new system Rhythmia (Boston Scientific, US) using a 64-electrode ‘Orion’ mapping catheter is now available; however, its use in complex CHD has yet to be systematically assessed.
