Endoscopic endonasal approach for craniopharyngioma: the importance of the relationship between pituitary stalk and tumor.

CONCLUSIONS The EEA resulted in excellent surgical outcomes and acceptable morbidity rates, regardless of the anatomical location of the tumor.
