Good Night ’s Sleep Gone Wrong

A 64-year-old woman came to the emergency department complaining of cough, shortness of breath, itchy throat, and runny nose. She had end-stage renal disease and was on hemodialysis three times per week; she also had hypertension and type 2 diabetes and had undergone a left below-knee amputation. Her serum creatinine was 9.48 mg/dL; a typical value for adult women is 0.5 to 1.1 mg/dL. She was transferred to the hemodialysis unit where she underwent hemodialysis and was then admitted to the medical floor.

Conclusion Anlotinib effectively controlled the growth of NSCLC and improved TAO related symptoms. Anlotinib maybe normalize disordered growth of blood vessels through the VEGF signaling pathway, rather than simply inhibiting angiogenesis.
