Jeff Gordon Foundation commits $2M for pediatric cancer initiative
Pediatric cancer research at Levine Children ’s Hospital got a $2 million boost on Monday.
Those funds from the Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation will be used for an endowed chair in cancer and blood disorders at the 12-story, 234-bed children’s hospital.
It is located on the campus of Carolinas Medical Center, the flagship hospital of Carolinas HealthCare System.
