Acquisition of New York health insurer will not affect Albany jobs

An acquisition of one of New York's largest health insurers will not affect its more than 475 employees based in Albany, New York. Fidelis Care, a nonprofit insurer based in Queens, announced last week it signed an agreement to sell most of its assets to St. Louis-based Centene Corp. (NYSE: CNC) for $3.75 billion.
