Make the Diagnosis: Rapidly spreading red sores

(MedPage Today) -- Case Findings: An otherwise healthy 11-year-old girl discovers two small red spots on her right cheek near the mouth. Within a day, it has spread rapidly. The picture below shows her condition on the second day upon noticing the first sores.
