Association of Genetic Polymorphisms in the LncRNAs with Gastric Cancer Risk in a Chinese Population

Conclusions: Our study suggested that rs16901946 G allele carriers have an increased risk of gastric cancer, and the risk could be enhanced by the interactions between the polymorphism and age, sex, Helicobacter pylori infection.
