Schizophrenia (SCZ) is a serve and heritable mental disorder with a prevalence of approximately 1% worldwide population, characterized by delusions, hallucinations, cognitive impairment and abnormal social behavior. Despite major progress have made in recent decades, the underlying pathogenesis of SCZ are still unclear.
