ConclusionThe strong correlation suggests that the RCAT alone is equivalent to the RQLQ with respect to patients’ symptom control and quality of life. Patients with uncontrolled symptoms can be identified using the RCAT. Objective: We use a single-alveolar-compartment model to describe the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in exhaled breath, as recorded in time-based capnography.
