Funding available

The National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Middle Atlantic Region, is accepting funding applications to support the access and use of high quality health information in Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Available awards: Exhibitor Awards (up to $1500) offer funds for you to promote National Library of Medicine (NLM) health information resources while attending a local or regional meeting or conference. Professional Development Awards (up to $1500) provide opportunities for you to expand professional knowledge to provide improved health information services. Health Information Awareness Awards (up to $5000) offer funds for smaller outreach projects or special events promoting NLM resources or other research and biomedical support services. Symposium Awards (up to $13,500) support collaboration to plan symposia or large-scale professional development activities that address current trends in the healthcare landscape and their impact on information access and delivery. All projects must be completed by April 30, 2018. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis, and awards will be offered until funds are expended.
