Antibiotic susceptibility pattern and genotyping of campylobacter species isolated from children suffering from gastroenteritis
Conclusion: PCR assay method allows reliable detection of C. jejuni. C. jejuni was the most prevalent Campylobacter species. Gentamicin, amikacin and chloramphenicol were the most effective antibiotic.
