Co-transplantation of menstrual stromal cell and platelet-rich plasma improves asherman's syndrome in rat model

Asherman ’s syndrome (AS) is a typical injury disease with endometrial fibrosis as main pathological manifestation. It is one of the main causes of female infertility associated with endometrial dysfunction, resulting in implantation difficulties, miscarriage and other adverse pregnancy outcome. Studies ha ve found that damage to endometrial basalis directly affect the endometrial regeneration, therefore, intrauterine adhesions are also considered as an endometrial stem cells absence or regenerative dysfunction related diseases.
