Targeted B cell therapy by anti-CD20 antibody has revolutionized the treatment of B cell malignancies and autoimmune disorders . A growing body of evidence links B cell homeostasis to bone metabolism, including reports indicating severe bone loss in a murine transgenic model of mature B cell depletion.
