Detection of Panton-valentine Leukocidin Gene Isoforms of Staphylococcus aureus Isolates in Al-Zahra Hospital, Isfahan-Iran.

CONCLUSION: The PVL gene was predominantly found in MSSA isolates. There was no relation between PVL isoforms and the presence of mecA and SCCmec types.
