First Human Cases of West Nile Virus for 2017 Reported in Wisconsin

State and local health officials are advising residents to continue to protect themselves against mosquito bites as they announce this year ’s first confirmed human cases ofWest Nile virus(WNV) in residents of Oconto and Fond du Lac Counties.
