Effects of pregabalin and gabapentin on postoperative pain and opioid consumption after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

CONCLUSIONS: A single dose of gabapentin or pregabalin decreased postoperative pain and nausea, as well as vomiting and opioid consumption after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
