Highmark subsidiary reaches agreement to sell Davis Vision

A Highmark subsidiary is selling off its Davis Vision managed care unit to a private equity firm for an undisclosed price. HVHC Inc., a subsidiary of the Pittsburgh-based health care company, announced Wednesday it was selling Davis Vision to Centerbridge Partners LP of New York.
