Technical note: No increase in effective dose from half compared to full rotation pelvis cone beam CT.

CONCLUSION: The half compared to the full rotation CBCT displays a smaller field-of-view in a transversal slice and no significant difference in the effective dose. Hence, the full rotation CBCT is favorable compared to the half rotation CBCT.
