[Mastopexy in Massive Weight Loss Patients - Extended Ribeiro Technique and Usage of the Lateral Intercostal Artery Perforator Flap (LICAP Flap) for Autoaugmentation].

Conclusion Modification of the Ribeiro technique by using the medial and lateral breast pillar (LICAP flap) allows autoaugmentation of the upper pole. Parenchymal shaping through plication and suspension of the breast mound should improve breast shape over time, with the aim of reducing the incidence of recurrent ptosis. The presented technique is a reproducible and reliable method with a low complication rate.
