Owner of home health company pleads in $1.4M tax fraud scheme

The former owner of a St. Joseph home health company pleaded guilty on Friday to participating in a tax fraud scheme. Dinorah Lynn Stoll-Weaver of St. Joseph pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Kansas City to failing to turn over employee payroll taxes to the IRS, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office release.
