Bifid Mandibular Canals Incidence and Anatomical Variations in the Population of Shanghai Area by Cone Beam Computed Tomography

Conclusions: Our study underlined the different characteristics and occurrence rates of BMCs in the population of the Shanghai area and the importance of using cone beam computed tomography for a reliable detection, providing useful information to help prevent presurgery and postsurgery complications.
