Collagenous colitis presenting with skip lesions mimicking Crohn's disease and complicated by intestinal obstruction
Abstract
Microscopic colitis is a chronic inflammatory disease that traditionally affects the large intestine. It is characterized by frequent episodic non‐bloody watery diarrhea. Occasionally, microscopic colitis may present with abdominal pain, fecal incontinence and weight loss.
