Infinity Healthcare of Milwaukee purchased by Envision

Envision Healthcare Corp. said Wednesday that Envision Physician Services acquired Infinity Healthcare Inc., a multi-specialty physician group practice based in downtown Milwaukee. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed in a press release from Greenwood Village, Colo.-based Envision Healthcare (NYSE: EVHC).
