Diagnostic use of intramedullary reaming biopsy in metastatic long bone disease.

CONCLUSIONS In spite of adequate tissue sampling, the diagnostic accuracy and, hence, reliability of intramedullary reaming biopsy in metastatic bone disease is less than optimal.
